Sounds like there must be a jQuery conflict of some sort. Have you recently updated your theme/plugins or added any new plugins? Are you familiar with Firebug? You could open that up in Console to see what is happening when the spinner gets stuck.

I didn’t do anything (didn’t updated), i got email from customer that he is stuck on checkout order I enabled sandbox mode to test what is wrong and that is what happening ?? i will see if I have any updates should I updated them?

I will see and post here what is happening with firebug

If you do have updates, then yes, I would recommend running them (after you backup, of course).

If you want to post your site URL and leave it in sandbox mode for a little bit I can run a test with Firebug to see the problem.

I updated theme it’s latest update, then I again test buying process and nothing changed.

That URL gives me a coming soon page.

Ok, I see that it’s the spinner on PayPal’s page that seems to get stuck, right?

I’m stuck at PayPal’s page with the spinner and the status bar says “waiting on rektoverlays.com…”

Can you check your server PHP logs to see if you’re getting any PHP errors in there by chance?

Also, I noticed that you must have the “Skip Final Review” option enabled. Can you try disabling that to see if that helps?

    Thread Starter kireaki

    (@kireaki)

    Disabled skip final review

I would gladly check for PHP errors but i don’t know how (i’m not best at this )

In that case if you want to submit an order for premium support and then we could get into your server and figure it out for you.

Oh in that case i will have to find some other plugin to use then, cause i’m not making that big money to pay 75$/h for finding PHP error file and it may not be the problem ??

    Anyway thx for effort

You could probably submit a ticket to your hosting company to help you find the PHP error log. If you can track it down and provide it I’ll be happy to help more.
