After paypal payment showing hold on status in woocommerce

    Iam working on downloadable product . According to woo-commerce rules after payment the download link will show with thank you message but customer couldn’t getting download link and the order request status showing ‘HOLD ON’ status.
    Note : No problem with Paypal account because its working with another website.
