After the recent Customify plugin update, my client’s website (using Pixelgrade’s Lens theme) went back to the Lens theme defaults in terms of color, font, etc.

When I go into Customizer to fix it, everything is correct there, but it’s not showing up on the site. The logo is gone, the fonts are wrong, the theme color is wrong, the text on the left sidebar is wrong, etc even though all those elements are correct and there in the Customizer.

Disabling the plugin doesn’t fix anything.

    What happened?

  • Hi,

We are aware of these issues and they are already in our attention for the next update. Thanks for the heads-up.

Also I’ve already sent a message via email with a temporary fix, please check out your Inbox.

    Sincerely,
    Alexandru

    Hello,

    Same for me.
How can I fix it please ?

    Thanks
    Sam

    Same here!
Please send a link to the fix or to an older Plugin Version!

I’ve installed WP-Rollback and it’s ok for me with the 2.3.3 Version. This is the only solution because of no answer from dear Pixelgrade ??

Same to me, some problems have shown, that is a bit sad because I had to do some research in different directions, and my site was shown in wrong manner also without impress and logo and so on….. but i could roll back to backup of my hosting, so that was my fix.
would really wish to see better updates, thank you for workin on it

Pixelgrade sent me an older version of the Customify plugin (v. 2.3.3) to replace the new one. When I installed that via FTP, it fixed the problem and my client’s site is back to normal. But now I’m hesitant to update this plugin in the future.

    Same issue, waiting for update

Same issue here using Rosa theme. Thankfully I backed up the site before updating the plugin. Rolling back to previous plugin version fixed the problem for now. Version 2.3.5.1 clearly has a widespread bug!
