After price update, wrong prices show

I visited your site and could reproduce the issue you have. I think it could be related to your Hello Elementor theme.

I know you already tried disabling all plugins, but I don’t see that you tried changing your theme to a default one to see if there is a conflict.

As a first step, please try performing a full conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately even after disabling all plugins expect for woo commerce and switching back to storefront or twenty one default theme, the price shown is still the wrong one.

Any other actions I can take to debug this?

1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report.

Since you mention that the prices showing on the front end are not the same prices as in the backend, it is highly probable that it could be a caching issue.

I’m aware that you have already cleared cache (also on edge server). Can you please also have the following plugin disabled by your host?

I have deleted these 2 files as the plugins were not visible in the WP admin plugin section.

Still no changes. again only as a logged in users (admin) I can see the right prices as they are set in Woocommerce

I tried adding the above product to the cart, and then the cart shows €31.40. However, once I enter shipping address, that product price gets updated to €38.00.

If this is what you are referring to, the issue occurs because WooCommerce doesn’t know which tax rate to include in the product price until address is entered.

To avoid this, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General, and set Default customer location to “Shop Address” or “Geolocate.”
