• After updating MailPoet sending scheduled to one day and now says “there are no subscribers”.
    First update worked perfectly.
    Thank you

  • Hello @viframm71,

Thank you for the issue report, and our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

There appears to be an issue with scheduled newsletters, causing them to not send out at all.
We are working on fixing this issue and are aiming for a release next week.

In the meantime you should be able to duplicate this newsletter, edit it and disable scheduling on “Send” step to send it immediately.

    Best regards,
    MailPoet Team.

Hello and sorry for the distrust.
I wanted to ask while waiting for you to solve the problem of the scheduled sending, you can reinstall the plugin that worked?
If you can do where I can download it?
    Thank you

    Hello @viframm71,

We have released a fix for this problem today with version 3.6.3.
It should allow you to schedule new newsletters as normal.

You should be able to update to it from your site’s Plugins page.

Let us know if that fixes your issue!

    Best regards,
    MailPoet Team.
