After refresh website look fine

    thnxs for your great plugin….I’ve activated Optimize CSS Delivery and Enhanced loadCSS
    Pagespeed score is… Mobile 99/100 Desktop 99/100 but…when i visite the website i’ve to refresh the page first to get the site as it supposed to be….the first view is all streched up and won’t work on mobile……..when i deactivate ABTF it looks fine, but lowers the pagespeed score…

    any suggestion….
