after reinstalling Hardwork Premium theme, some features are not available

    Hello,

    I purchased and installed the Hardwork premium theme and set it to work perfectly with footer and special effect etc.. and it was working GREAT !!!

    Then I had to reinstall WP, so I reinstalled the theme but this time all special stuff is greyed and it tells me I cannot activate them (…is disabled or is not supported by selected Theme.)It looks like I don’t have the Premium version anymore…

    How can I repair this ?

    Thank you Alex for your answer… my bad…I uploaded the premium them via FTP and somehow the plugin did not get it, so I activated the normal version without realising..
    This time I used your theme installer and now I got the premium version working very fine !

    Hi @petri71, no problem – glad it is working now!

    If you use FTP, all downloaded CMP themes are in \wp-content\plugins\cmp-premium-themes folder, which we create in upload proccess via zip file.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
