After restoring database, getting Welcome to Installation prompt

    I used the Podz’ WordPress Restore guide and can see all the tables with the restored content in phpMyAdmin.

    When I went to the sitename/wp-admin page, I’m see the “Welcome to the famous five minute WordPress installation process!” page.

    The wp-content folder remained intact so there should be no changes, there.

    It would seem that the site doesn’t know it’s already been created and restored.

    Did I miss a step?
