After saving, no effect in my web page

    Hello TotalSoft: after I have saved in the Video Manager the You Tube video properly and I can see the row with all the parameters, inclusive the mini correct image of the video, once I include the link [Total_Soft_Gallery_Video id=”1″] and update the page, the page does not show the video. And surprisingly, when I come back to the Video Manager, the row of the video does not show the same information as before. Why?!?!

    Originally I tried to embed a Wistia video with an “iframe” code, but I found an answer in the forum that those kind of embeddings was not possible, so I change to include the same video from You Tube.

    It has been a nightmare to solve this problem. I have read positive comments about your plugin, so I suppose that I only need the adequate coaching by you.
