After "send" nothing happens

  • Hello to you all.

    I have a problem with all the forms in this site, for exemple in this simple form:

    when I click “send” I got the spinning arrows, telling me that the form is being processed, but it keeps going like this and nothing happens. The same occurs in both Firefox and Chrome, but with firefox I got the email anyway, with Chrome no.

    I’ve tried to disable all the plugins, but the problem persists.

    It used to work, and all of a sudden I realized I wasn’t having contact requests anymore and I found out this.

    Could you please give me a hynt?

  • Had a look at your site. The spinning arrow definitely looks like a classic Javascript conflict.

    This is most likely due to a Javascript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see Solving CF7 Javascript Conflicts.

    Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine Javascript conflicts in detail – see https://wiki.simple-press.com/installation/troubleshooting/plugin-conflicts/ for general guidance.

    This problem is happening with me too. I checked everything and nothing happens. What can be?

    That’s weird, cause I guess you experimented spinning arrows too and the mail it’s not supposed to be sent.

    Were you with firefox, right? ??

    Anyway it’s a big deal to fix that without a Js programmer. I’ll figure it out.

    Yes – Firefox 22 but it will be same in all browsers I’m sure.

    Yep – Javascript Conflicts are a big deal. There are so many poorly written themes and plugins that cause Javascript conflicts with well written plugins like CF7. You have my sympathy.
