After Sept 25 update – user cannot edit page/posts

After this recent update, my non-administrator roles do not see the text or the WordPress editor toolbox.
See this screenshot.
Please help me.
EDIT: I figured out it was actually related to the poll-wp plugin. When I deactivated it, everything was fine. I do no think this is related to the user roles plugin, but the problem only exists in non-admin users, this is why I thought it was.
