After setup still lot’s of failed login attempts – bruteforce

    Hi there, thanks for this great plugin.
    I have a question concerning the functioning of whitelisting IP’s running my website on apache with a nginx proxy and DNS through Cloudflare.
    Although I have enabled the rewrite of wp-admin and the whitelisting of my ip I still get a lot of notifications of failed login attempts. If I test the new login page from a -non-whitelisted IP I get the correct access error.
    Any ideas how to solve this?

    Hi,

    Have you enabled any of the others features under Brute force?, login ReCaptcha might be of use.
