After some time: Layout destroyed and large Icons

We are using Astra on the site and W3TC: After activating W3TC the pages look fine (also in private mode and not logged on). After some hours single pages start to look different: The Icons are very large and some content starts to be aligned left. After emptying the cache everything looks fine again.

I tried to deactivate the minfy-Options but this did not not change anything. I also checked memory ressources – they are fine.
My question is there an internal chache process that started after lets say an hour that may create this kind of error? How can I deactivate or change it?
