    Hi,
Please see the landing page link I have given in this query.
I am using four fields. Out of them, one is Your Name and another is Primary E-mail.
    1. So, I would like to have my email field starting with a small letter not with a capital letter (whenever a user will click in the field to type)

    2. Same with the name field. It starts with a capital letter (which I want) but when a user types the last name (after giving space) typing in a small letter continues. After space, it should be a capital letter. For example, I would love to have it as John Smith and Not as John smith.

    3. and most important
I have enabled Ajax. But still, after submission, the same homepage reappears and the form does not get submitted.
On the second click from gets submitted and takes a user to the new landing page. How to have this done in a first click only.

I would be grateful if you could help me in resolving these issues.
    Thanks and regards,
    Adesh Gurav

    Hello,
I think issue number 3 (redirecting to the same homepage has been resolved after I cleared my cache (my hosting database cache). I HOPE it’s permanently resolved.

However, if you want to give any permanant suggestions about it too; you are welcome.

    Regards,

    Dear @adesh6985,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

    1. the field values are in the email as the user submits them

    2. there is no functionality to automatically capitalize the values in the field

Enabling ajax should help with point 3.
Let us know if the issue persists after you have cleared the cache.

    Sincerely,

    Hi,
Below is the latest php error log.

[13-Nov-2020 16:55:28 UTC] WP_Optimize_Minify_Cache_Functions::cache_path(): The folder “/home1/adeshgur/public_html/wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/tmp” could not be created.

Also, just thought to inform you that; I use WP-Optimize Plugin (for optimization, cache and minify) and itheme security plugin (to keep the site secure). Are there any chances of them clashing with Form Maker?

    Please help.

I am marking this as a resolved issue. But I guess there is a complexity between Form Maker Plugin and Cache Plugin. When I disabled cache the form started working smooth.

However, that’s not a good situation because keeping cache disable impacts my website loading speed.

I request you to please look into this.

    Regards,
    Adesh

Dear Adesh, you can try instead of disabling cache just exclude from caching all pages where you have form maker forms, this also might solve the issue. Usually, all caching tools have an exclude URL section.
