    Hello WebDorado,

I have a form at the bottom of a page. After hitting Submit, could you make it so the page reloads displaying down the page where the confirmation message is, rather than reloading and showing the top of the page. As it is currently the New User has to scroll down to see the message and he might not do so and not realize there is a message there for him to read.
Same for the Reset button: after pressing it would be great if it could reposition them back on the form instead of at the top of the page.

Thank you for all your hard work on this plugin.

    Hello WebDorado,

Same for when the Security code has been entered incorrectly and the page reloads, it would be great to display the page where the form is inserted.

Thank you for all your hard work on this plugin.

    Dear Shelly,
This is a style issue. We will ask you to provide us link to your form page. We will check it out. Thank you.

Here is a link to such a page:

You can enter bogus information – or for location just write Testing.

Obviously it’s the form at the bottom of the page (not the one in the upper left sidebar).

    Thank you.

If you provide us temporary full Admin access to info[at]web-dorado.com we will check out both issues. Thank you.

    Dear Shelly,

We have fixed your issue. We have placed the text as an HTML field within the form. This way the form will have blue background and the success message will be printed before the actual form and not after the text.
    Thank you.

Yes, I can see what you did; I was actually hoping that when the page reloads with the confirmation message it would automatically scroll down and display at that anchor point where the message is. So I’m not sure if we are thinking of two different things.

Proceed as you see best. This is not a show stopper but I think it is important that the submitter easily see the confirmation message as they may not scroll down when the page is reloaded.

    Thank you.

    Dear Shelly,

Currently the message gets displayed as a top line so that the user will see the message immediately after hitting the submit button. This way there will be no need of scrolling down or thinking that the form is not submitted.

    Dear Webdorado,

I think we are misunderstanding each other, or perhaps we are just seeing different things in our tests. When I hit the submit button the page reloads to show me the Confirmation message above the form. That works nicely everywhere. But since the form is at the bottom of the page, when the page reloads it reloads at the top where the page title appears, it doesn’t reposition to the top of the form, but to the top of the page.

So perhaps your browser/tests work properly but mine just show the page at the top, far above the form and confirmation message.

If others have the problem they can ask too, otherwise, it’s okay, I”m not in a tizzy over it. You have been great on so many answers and I really appreciate your extensive consideration here.

    Thank you.
