    I’ve always had yoast since day one on my site, but yesterday I first had a problem and it could not be worse.

    The plugin was installed correctly, and after updating it and the worpress yesterday, the Yoast disappeared.

    And the worst I can not even install again.

    From a message that the root folder is already installed and I can not install again.

    I tried cleaning chache, download old version and am adm of the page ..

    Hi @horadaviagem,

    Can you please check if your user has the right user role assigned? The SEO menu and settings will only appear for the Administrator and the SEO Manager user roles. Please, refer to this post for more information: https://yoast.com/seo-roles/ If you change the user role to ‘Administrator’, do the menus return?

    If you need to re-install the plugin, please do so manually via FTP by following this KB guide.

    Problem solved.

    I reinstalled the plugin by FTP, as you commented, and now it has returned to normal.
