after transfering wordpress some links doesnt work

after i changed my hosting provider some links does not work. also for example i had 5 slides on homepage now i have only one and it’ does not change i dunno why
i click on some links and it goes only like https://tesheshi.com/#
what is this #?

why can thiss happen should i contact support of the theme that i purchased or what ?
