I decided to go with different calendar option and just by coincidence I already had a page called events. When I uninstalled the plugin, my events page is now redirected to the homepage even though the url is …/events. I checked firebug and it’s applying my homepage template to that page, tried applying another template to it but it didn’t make any difference. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this?

I re-saved my permalinks and that solved the problem.

Excellent to hear you got this sorted, sscalifornia – thanks for coming back to confirm as much. Good luck with the calendaring solution you ultimately decided on.

I actually gave your plugin another shot after I posted this and I have to say I’m really impressed by it. The first time I used it, the calendar broke my site’s layout and wasn’t calling the sidebar. I found the setting to apply different templates and voila. I really like this plugin, great job!
