Unfortunately we cannot replicate the problem. We can see all badges in the selector when we try to apply a badge on a product.

Could you please send me a vide where I can see how I can replicate the issue on my local installation?

I don’t if you tried with that badge or also other ones, but according your video, plugin can’t show any result on badges because you search for “comm” and badge is “coming soon”.
So, to obtain the badge you should type “com”.
Can you make a test and check if you occur any issue on “Network” tab of your browser console? The section where are listed all ajax calls.
