    Solved it was a failure in the email adress instead of
    [your-name] <[your-email]> it has to be the correct email like this
    [your-name] <[[email protected]]>

    Yes – that’s the problem.

    Another solution is:

    To: [email protected]
    
    From: [email protected] (just needs to valid email address on domain where form is hosted)
    
    Subject: Desired Callback (EN)
    
    Additional Headers: Reply-to: [your email]

    The Reply-to: [your email] in the Additional Headers section allows you to hit Reply to reply to the form users email address.
