After update, appearance, “cutomize” no longer works

    In my dashboard left menu, when I go to Appearance, then Customize, only the widget tab shows up. The rest of the normal menu is not there. There are no global settings or any other tabs or settings that are visible on the left where the menu that controls all the great options that make Customizr a great theme. The page that should appear to the right of the menu showing changes as they’re made, is now just a blank white screen.

    Hi, this can occur if you are not using a recent version of WorPress. you might want to check if your WP is up to date.
    If this is not related to WP version, then I would recommend to deactivate the plugins to see if it helps. If it fixes the problem, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the one in conflict.

    Thanks for the reply Nicolas,

    WP version is current. Deactivating plugins didn’t help. After CDN update the whole site was a white page, except the top menu. This was a child theme, so I activated the parent Customizr and all was good, except I lost customization’s. Thanks again for the quick response though.
