After update Atahualpa theme, newsTicker only show tile

Could you provide a link to your site where the ticker is located? I’m guessing there is a javascript error that occurred with the theme update.

I did the test on local environment, on key usb .
The official site has not yet updated.
I always do the first tests on the ‘test environment’ locally

I can create a javascript error log file and send it to you ?
if yes, can you tell me how to do?
I use both firefox and chrome

Open your browsers developer tools (in Chrome go to View > Developer > Developer Tools). One that is open, select the Console tab. If there are javascript errors you should see them there. Just copy and paste what you see in the Console Panel here.

but there is also the main site working properly !

I just installed the Atahualpa theme and my site is showing a whole bunch of php errors. It all seems to stem from the Themes Settings probably never being saved. I would suggest re-saving your theme settings and see if that fixes anything.

I believe the footer error (the last one) is probably the main cause of your issue as due to the error I don’t think the wp_footer() function is ever being called… and that function is needed for my plugin and many others to function correctly. I’ll make a note on the Theme’s download page about these issues and hopefully the author can fix them in an update.

SOLVED
In addition to the failure of the plugin, I found that it lacked the navigator bar Admin Word Press so I went on the site of the Atahualpa theme and found a suggestion.

Following the suggestion of going to the page ATO-> Style & edit FOOTER and re-save the settings ( Setting page of Atahualpa theme )

Now everything works fine

That’s good. I was assuming the author maybe added some more theme settings that needed to be saved… I did write a note on the theme page that he should add default settings to his theme settings so these type of errors would not happen.
