    When I update to the new version, the LAyout of my blog is broken. css is no longer correct – the representation completely incorrect.
    I can’t show it – I had to go back to the old Version – I could not leave it like that

  • Hi @zauberfloete,

    Can you explain in detail about your blog layout issue after updating the theme? We’d be very happy to help fixing it.

    If you want to re-enable the previous version of the theme, you can rollback with the help of this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/.

    problem

    With extensive changes in the CSS I have now repaired it reasonably …
    Unfortunately, I do not get a three-column arrangement anymore

    Hi,

    I assume you had a lot of custom code before? Otherwise you could achieve this layout by using the theme options.

    Use this please to get your posts on three columns:

    @media ( min-width: 991px ) {
      .posts-layout .hentry {
         width: calc(33.333% - 10px);
      }
    }

    Thanks thats it!!

    My colleague logeed on and saw the notification about the Sydney Pro Header update, she clicked on “continue to use the old header” and now we get this :
    The website is undergoing scheduled maintenance.
    Sorry for the inconvenience. Come back a bit later, we will be ready soon!

    There is no menu or anything else, just a photo background.
    Now we cannot log in to the site to get to the background.

    Now we are back to normal with a message on the dashboard
    An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.

    So should we update the Sydney Pro Header?

    So should we update the Sydney Pro Header?

    @zimpeterw if you feel your current site’s header is fine, you shouldn’t need to upgrade the header. You can do so, in case you want to try. To re-enable the classic header, follow this guide.

    Hope this reply helps.
