    Hi,

    After updating the plugin to its latest version, it doesn’t send e-mail to the admin neither through the Contact form and Woocommerce.

  • I have the same issue. When people submit their query through Contact Form 7 this error message appears in a red box:

    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    If I deactivate SendGrid the submission is successful but the email does not arrive, I have to login to the back-end to retrieve the emails.

    I haven’t received a reply from SendGrid yet. I had to re-install the older version.

    Why is this happening and e-mails don’t delivered to the admin?

    Any reply from SendGrid?

    Hello.

    We have tested both plugins you mention. Contact Forms 7 and WooCommerce and we have been unable to replicate the issue.

    We think this might be a configuration error. Are you using Username & Password in your plugin settings page or API key?

    Is the recipient email address the same as the From address?

    Hi,

    Well, after udpate, Username & Password have dissapeared and only API Key left in the settings, I created one and entered it, and that worked.

    The Username & Password option was removed since 1.11.0.
