After Update Home Page is inaccessible & Members directory do not work

  • After going back in forth with support to get my site up and running, now users can not access the home page of the site. Instead, it redirects back to the users’ profile page. Also the members directory doesn’t display any of the users. It shows “Sorry, no people were found.” That can’t be right as there are users on the site. I work for a rather large company and use ultimate member to run the company intranet. So its very important that this issue gets fixed. PLEASE HELP!

    Hi @wgicreative,

    Can you please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Please check access settings of you home page and see if it is accessible.

    I’ve checked the access settings and they are correct. I’ve tried deactivating the extensions to see if its not an issue with the extensions. But neither work. I’ve also tried deactivating other plugins to see if that would help but nothing either.
