The latest update of the plugin doesn’t include any update for the side profile menu. Please make sure that you didn’t deactivate from the LMS settings > [screenshot]

The Certificate is part of the Pro plugin, please contact our support and we will be able to check this case by checking directly from your wp-admin > [how to create support ticket]
