    after installing today’s updates, I can no longer print shipping labels. I’ve been running the site without issue for about 2 years, but now after validating the address and choosing the package, the select rate is red and I get the error

    “No rates available, please double check dimensions and weight or try using different packaging.”

    this is true even for priority shipping which does not matter what the sizes or weight is. I have weights set up for close to all of the items, but have never needed the LxWxH information in the past, so none of the 200 products are set up with those. Is this now a critical requirement?

    My store is effectively crippled. I can not ship anything.

    @mellowvision can you please submit a ticket through Woo support so that we can look into the issue in depth? Thank you!

    I submitted a ticket and was able to get back to printing labels by clearing the cloudflare cache on the domain. I haven’t had to do this for many other updates in the past but at least it is working. I think a note about this should be added to the release notes.

    I also think the new process takes more clicks and more time to complete a label.

    @mellowvision I’m glad that was fixed by clearing the cache.

    Thank you for sharing the solution here, as it might help out other Cloudfare users experiencing this issue.

    I’m going to mark this thread as solved now.

    @mellowvision,

    Thanks so much for the feedback about the new process. An issue was created based on your feedback — https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1823 — and we’re getting a fix ready for the next release!

    I am having this same problem. I am new to wordpress and woocommerce. Can you please go into more detail on how you cleared your cache, I don’t have cloudfare.

    Thanks,

    @dcull22,

    Here’s a good guide for clearing your browser cache: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/ There’s instructions for several different browsers.
