After update plugin, I lost my data.

    Sir/madam

    I update some of my plugin in wordpress and after that I lost my data on website so I think this might be due to plugin then I installed new plugin “plugin detecter it also not going to work and show the message” wordpress critical error “.
    I am not understand how can i resolve this issue.
    Might be any one of you please can help me.

    To give me time and space, I my problem the ad inserter give the issue.
    When I deactivate it then my website data come back again.
