• Hi, the onboarding after the update to 2.0 is rather confusing. I am forced to create an account and it seems that it only works with plans you have to pay for. Where can I see the plans/pricing before I create an account?

    @hanheg sorry for any inconvenience.

    This is just an UI/UX issue we’re sorting out now in order to remove the confusion.
    An update should be available in a day or two.

    @dfactory please tell me:

    a) Do I need to create an account for this?

    b) If yes, do I need a separate account for each website running the plugin?

    c) Is there a free plan?

    thank you

    Hi again @hanheg,

    Regarding your questions:

    a) Yes, an account is required to access Compliance features like cookie categories, autoblocking and consent storage. To use just the notice, you don’t need an account, just use the plugin without Compliance integration.
    b) If it’s ok for you to share same dashboard, analytics, consent logs and configuration for each website, then no. If you’d like to have all that separate for each website, then yes.
    c) There is a 14 or 30 days Free Trial period, depending on which subscription you choose.

    Hope this helps.
