after update to WP 3.4.1 visual editor does not work

    Hi there,

    after i updated our club page to WP 3.4.1 the visual editor does not work any more. I already cleared the cache but still i cannot use the visual editor. That is a catastrophe because now we cannot publish anymore information because i cannot see the icons for e.g. place pictures, galleries aso.

    can anybody help?

    i can also try to create a guest account for somebody who can help to access the backend.

    With regards to your guest account offer, please don’t do that for anyone on these forums. It’s just not safe.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    thx a lot, yes it was the plugin “qTranslate Plus”. I had to deactivate it and install “qTranslate X”
    Now everything works again.
