After update today I cant seem to access the customise function

As per title really. I updated this theme on 2 sites today, and now when I click on the customise option the screen dangles like the internet is not responding. The rest of the wordpress cpanel is fine and I have added pages etc today with the new update, but cant access this part now for some reason.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated ??
