1. Your Site Health Information. You can share this privately using this form
2. Do you see any console errors when trying to load the dashboard
3. Can you see any messages when trying to load the dashboard or does it just get stuck on loading?

It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot or recording of this experience happening for you. You can use services such as Imgur and Loom to capture these and share here. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

@immmukeshpatel Thanks for the information. Could you please now try running through thr troubleshooting steps here to see if there could be a theme/plugin conflict causing this to happen.

When i enable Troubleshoot Mode In Web Story Plugin than Dashboard Laoded, when i Disable Troubleshoot, Same Problem in web story dashboard.

@immmukeshpatel When checking your Site Health it looks like you are currently using Web Stories version 1.25.1. Can I check if you have reverted back to 1.25.1 to temporary fix this issue for you? When using 1.25.1 does your Dashboard load correctly?

Yes in v 1.25.1, Dashboard Loading Normally, but in v1.26 dashboard not load, its show, please wait and Loading

@immmukeshpatel Thanks for clarifying. Do you get the same Dashboard loading issue when trying from a different browser or when using a Chrome Incognito browser?

Would you be able to share a recording of this happening if possible using a service such as Loom and share the video here.

@immmukeshpatel Have you checked through you Cloudflare settings to ensure none of your current settings are having any affect with version 1.26.0?

Do you also have any other sites on the same host that you can test this with to see if you get the same issue when trying to load the Dashboard?

@immmukeshpatel I can see that when in troubleshooting mode your Web Stories dashboard does load. This indicates that there is a plugin conflict somewhere causing this. To find out which plugin this is you will need to also enable other plugins while troubleshooting one by one and checking the dashboard to see which is the cause.

I would suggest maybe starting with your caching and optimization plugins such as Litespeed and Jetpack as these are known to cause conflicts with other users.

Let me know how you get on with this.
