    I will Explain:
1)I export sub-domain and Import in to main site (Using Tool->Export/Import) -> It work fine for both(sub-domain and main site)
2)I update jetpack plugin ->Work fine for all site
3)Delete one sub-domain(Total 2 sub-domian and 1 main site) ->Now it is working on sub-domain but not on main site. Before delete it work on all 3 site. Tell me something about this issue..

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about the site where you can’t connect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account?

You can access the debugger by clicking on “Debug” at the bottom of the Jetpack menu.

    Thanks!

As per discuss I am sending latest debug info.

It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.

I forgot to inform you that:
1)For https://blog.roi-selling.com/ this sub-domain jetpack connected and works. But not for main url https://roi-selling.com/

2)At Network Admin ->Jetpack It says:

    Get started with Jetpack Multisite
Get started managing your Multisite install of Jetpack by connecting.
    Connect to WordPress.com

So can I Connect on network Admin and then main site -> Jetpack connect.

3)Single sign on introduced in this updated version. If I click on Single sign on can It works? or what is difference..

Could you try to deactivate any plugins that may restrict access to your site's XML-RPC file? It could be a maintenance or a security plugin.
If that doesn't help, I would suggest deactivating all other plugins on your site, one at a time, until you find the source of the problem.

    Thanks!

Their was one plugin activated which I deactivate now (contact form 7) but still I can’t connect with WordPress.

Could you get in touch with your hosting provider, and ask them if they limit the PHP processes on your server? If so, could you ask them if their PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN is set to one and, if it is, ask them to set it to two or higher.

Let me know if it helps.

    (@deepakghayal)

As per per discuss with you, We contacted with our hosting provider (Godaddy) and they said that is no problem with PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN extension. They research and found that Because of Website Accelerator jetpack not connecting to wordpress. After disabling website accelerator, jetpack connecting with wordpress and now everything is working. May jetpack 3.0.1 version is conflict with website Accelerator and stop connecting.
thank Jeremy Herve. for your time and suggestion. Hope this info help you to understand what issue happened with jetpack update.

    IT WORKS NOW…

Hi there, I had the same problem. Turn off any kind of hosted/server side performance or speed settings.

Hi, another solution is if you do have security plugin such as All In One WP Security or alike, disable first the Firewall features and try to connect Jetpack again . It works for me.
