after update my category menu not working

  • Hey, I just update my site WordPress after installing the new version of WordPress my website not working properly. I am facing problem in category menu. when I try to open my any category then it will show me a blank page only. I am also updating all the plugins, theme etc but the problem is still.

    I also try new theme but the problem is same so please help me on this issue.

  • Hello amitkumar,

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    If the problem persists, use your browser inspector to look for errors on the page where the issues occur.
