After updating a plugin, I lost all the translation

    Hello,
    .
    I use Loco translate to translate my website and the plugins.
    .
    But I’m tired of retranslating everything again and again right after updating a plugin.
    .
    Loco translate lost the translate after updating any plugin or theme.
    .
    + How Can I do to maintain the translation?
    + Or else, How Can I save the translation and reload it after any update?
    .
    Do you have an advice for me?

    Loco translate lost the translate after updating any plugin or theme.

    Loco Translate did not lose anything. It did what you asked it to. Then your site update reverted your file changes.

    How can I keep the translation?

    The files didn’t change!!! all the translation files ar.po for examples are lost.
    .
    What should I do to keep the translation files?
    and how can I export/import translation files?
    .
    Can this be in bulk? if I have 50 plugins translation de save? there is a way to export/import Loco translation files in bulk?
