After updating, cannot bypass “What’s New” screen

  • If you currently have this plugin, DO NOT update to version 1.8.9.3. Doing so presents a What’s New screen. Navigating out of this is fine, but when I try to go back to the regular WP updates screen, the What’s New screen loads. Envira update broke BASIC CORE FUNCTIONALITY of WordPress!!!

  • Update; it looks to be working now. At first, trying to go to my “Pages” and most other areas would just redirect me to the Envira plugin, but I can now go to all other areas I’ve tried.

    Same here… I wish I had seen this before updating. This is unacceptable!

    You’re both referring to the paid version of Envira, not the free version, and it seems you’ve both written in to our priority support channel about this, as well, where we’ve replied to you both individually.

    This seems like something a very small set of our customers is experiencing, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
