After updating, category pages show no results

This morning I updated to WP 5.1.1 and WooCommerce 3.5.7. I did it on a staging site and it was fine. Then I did the update on our live site, and all category pages say “no results were found”, but products are clearly still there. Category assignments are still there too. I can go directly to a product page. I can not find any difference between the two sites at this point.
Any ideas on what could cause this and how to fix it? Quickly? Thank you!
