• sorry for leaving my first comment here about big troubles i had when using the plugin
    for any reason i had no access to my dashboard when updating to the new version
    it was to definitely to soon to write a comment and rate the plugin without talking to the support

    i have to change my rate as the plugin works perfectly and again, sorry for leaving a bad comment in the beginning

    after having problems in the beginning all works fine now and i am very happy with this great plugin
    makes it much easier to make your wordpress site look more than stunning

    In the latest update only one line of javascript code was changed so it surely cannot have blocked access to your site. Your issue is likely related to something else not depending on our plugin (i.e. another plugin or something related to the update process).
    Anyway, if you need assistance please read our FAQ and post a topic in our support forum INSTEAD of leaving such an unfair bad review.

    hello Marco,

    i can understand when u say it has been an unfair review BUT
    i tried it several times, deleting the plugin via ftp and all went back to normal
    so moved the folder back to plugins and same problem again
    removed it again via ftp and installed the plugin new
    same problem again
    for me it seems that the problem is caused by the plugin

    I believe you may have problems with the update procedure on your server / site, which are probably unrelated to our specific plugin.
    Have you tried to install / update other plugins?
    Consider that the latest version has already been downloaded by 20.000+ users, and no one else has reported similar problems. I would expect a ton of support requests if such an issue was generally present.

    hey Marco,

    I had to change my first comment as i was wrong with what i wrote
    next time when having some issues i should contact the support first and find out about the prob

    your plugin is great and it works fine now, still don’t know what problem i had

    anyway, sorry for my first rating
