After updating nothing works

    Hi There!

    After updating to 4.4 I can’t locate the “Folders setting” in the admin menu.
    I tried reinstalling but now I can’t activated it, and I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare options_discussion_add_js() (previously declared in /…/wp-admin/includes/options.php:26) in /…/wp-admin/includes/options.php on line 27
