I am unable to upload/add/insert media files into posts or pages after updating your plugin to 4.3.6 (Attachment Details section on the right side of the Insert Media page doesn’t show any settings on my WordPress Editor). After de-activating your plugin the media editor on my post’s edit page works normally again. Before updating, your Gallery plugin worked flawlessly on my site.

I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi nwseed, that’s a good news! Please tell me where did you find the previous version?

Okay, I found it on plugin’s Developers page. Please tell me another thing nwseed: Did you downgrade it with FTP, the Rollback plugin or you simply deactivate the plugin on your WP admin page, upload the previous, zipped version and re-activate the plugin without deleting it? A big thank you in advance!

Same problem. While I can upload images directly to the Media Gallery, I can’t upload-and-insert-into-post. Also, when I try to insert an existing image into a post, there’s no image info (title, alignment, size, etc.).

For what it’s worth, when attempting to insert an existing image into a post, Firebug shows the following error:

    ReferenceError: gllr_notice_wiev is not defined

Plugin’s Support Team gave me the solution for the problem. There are two ways for fixing the bug.

Method 1 is to deactivate and delete the v4.3.6 from your_site/wp-admin/plugins.php (don’t worry, all your galleries will be saved, just plugin’s settings will be deleted), find v4.3.5 in Developers page, here on www.ads-software.com, download it to your computer and upload on your_site/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload(didn’t work for me, I couldn’t upload v4.3.5).

Method 2 is to edit new plugin code on your site if there is an opportunity to it. occban, you should get ‘gallery-plugin.php’ file from BestWebSoft first. Don’t know if you could reach them over the weekend. If you are in a hurry and you think your problem is the same as it was mine, leave your e-mail so I can forward their emails (proper gallery-plugin.php’ and instruction).

Thanks, Nick M. I just downgraded to 4.3.5. I will wait for the developer to address the problem.

    Experiencing same problem also…

I’m experiencing the problem of not being able to insert media into posts and update notices on dashboard are appearing blank since last update.

I successfully changed gallery-plugin.php content in your previous plugin version (4.3.6). Do you advise me to update the plugin to new 4.3.7 version, anyway?
