Hello, after updating the plugin they have not resolved the menu loading issue, since when the page is loading the menu it looks horrible or incorrectly. We and many other users have already exposed this in other threads and it has not yet been resolved. I would like to know if they really work on it. thank you

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please refer to this thread and see if doing the same helps. Although, I am thinking that it doesn’t have to be the same cache plugin.

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

I use that cache plugin and the site has the problem, they are not really providing the adequate or correct solution, which would be to update the Header & Footer compatibility with the latest version of Elementor. The problem is getting bigger and bigger since many have reported this same thing, the problem has been going on for more than 7 weeks and they have not solved it

I am really concerned that this error has been occurring for more than 2 months and they have not updated with the correction, I think that by installing “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” it is because we trust this great plugin, for now I do not notice from You have a commitment as to when it will be ready, you have not even mentioned it.
Unfortunately, if they continue like this we will have to look for another plugin.

I just updated the plugin Elementor Header & Footer Builder they crashed my website and showed the troubleshooting that occurred on the WordPress dashboard.
and not show the footer on my website.
please help me asap, because it’s my live website.

    Hi @shinde77,

Your problem is actually different with the original problem of this thread.

However, still, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We have fixed the issue. Please install the latest update, v1.6.31, to resolve this problem.

If your site login page is not accessible, you will need to disable the plugin using FTP. Here is an article that explains how to disable a plugin using FTP.

As mentioned in the article, you need to rename the plugin folder. In this case, the one you need to rename is the header-footer-elementor folder. Once you rename the folder, you can log in to your site and reinstall the plugin.

If it still doesn’t help, please start your own thread and add more details info. We’ll try our best to help you there.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
