  • If for some reason the translation packs install fails, you can force the download in WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > Force Translation Upgrade

Me neither, so i’ve tried but i got this message:

Failed to install/update the translation: Sorry but there is no translation available for your language =/

    Any suggestions?

Michael Tieso, your way don’t work (Bahadir is right, I’ve got same error).

Bahadir, I backup files with translation before update (*.po & *.mo) and (after all), I reload them back. And NOW they begin to work (when I made this post, they don’t work, but now all done). So, I resolve my problem now.

Translations no longer come from Transifex, WordPress downloads them from https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce

Help make your language 100% on https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce and it will be downloaded with plugin updates.

What about those that need backend/official language to be in English but frontend language to be in another language (specifically Danish)?

I don’t dare risk to update WooCommerce with this new update from today because last time (yesterday) all translations manually put into the system through CodeStyling Localization plugin was erased and completely gone.

You can put them in your WP_LANG dir to keep them out of the plugin and upgrade safe.
