    We’ve had all this before – that after the last big update everything doesn’t work again! The update gets stuck again at 13.3.8.1!
    what’s actually going on here – you really start to wonder what kind of job the programmers are doing here? – sorry but this can’t go on like this…!?

    Hi @5039gp8dq72t720,

    Can you please try restarting your server’s WP Cron? Reach out to your hosting provider if you aren’t sure on how to do it.

    Also, we are working/researching on implementing a better way to refresh feeds and if you haven’t yet go to Product Feed > Settings and click the sync feed button

    Hi! I have the same problem. The update does not complete. The balances in the feed are incorrect. I did your recommendations, they didn’t help. What should I do to get the plugin working again?
