After updating to WP4.8 several fails

  • Hello:
    I just updated to WP4.8 and to my surprise when pressing the widgets option, none of the widgets or the positions are shown.
    I′m using Gavick theme News.
    Does anyone found this problem?

    First, we’ll need to identify what exactly is causing the problem.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
