  • Hello and thank you for contacting us.
The error message that you’ve got is very indicative of the problem.
In your WooCommerce report – it is stated that you have dedicated 256megabytes of memory to your WordPress, however it seems that the memory dedicated to your WordPress install actually is less than that – because of the error that you received with a limit of 134217728 bytes – which is equal to about 134 MB.
There might be a hosting limitation there for that.

The problem could be happening only with the update logic, so perhaps if you try and switch off all plugins and leave only WooCommerce, WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual – maybe the update logic may run and then you could re-enable the other plugins.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for your answer.

As this is an urgent matter I already raised the memory limit (sorry the debug log was from before raising the memory limit).

I also already deactivated and reinstalled all Plugins that could be related to this issue.

The problem is clear: When working with WooCommerce Multilingual 4.1.0 and newer, the whole website turns blank. If I install WooCommerce Multilingual 4.0.4, everything works fine.

I’ve had this Problem for a while now and that’s why I asked you in another Thread for the links to previous Versions.

Now I would really like to upgrade, also because I would like to have the newest Version of WooCommerce and Theme.

Okay, would it be possible for you to provide a debug log with the errors that are happening now once you have risen the memory?

    Sure, here it is:

[06-Apr-2017 15:01:53 UTC] PHP Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget in Widget_WPCC is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 4.3.0! Use <pre>__construct()</pre> instead. in /home/www/web63/html/mycoffeestar/eu/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3892

This is what I ‘ve found on line 3892 in my functions.php:

    $class, $parent_class, $version, '<pre>__construct()</pre>' ) );

So this is the only error that is being logged in the log when you have the new version of WooCommerce Multilingual active and the site is still blank screen?
I don’t understand – there should be an error logged in if this is the case.

Perhaps at this time, it would be a good idea to create a new ticket in our support forum at wpml.org where we can exchange credentials and we can take a look more in-depth in the problem.

Yes, that’s the only logged error.

I already opened another thread in the official forum. They suggested it’s the memory limit but I am not able to raise the memory from 128mb to 256mb because of the server restrictions.

But I also deactivated all plugins and just left the essential ones active, still the same problem so I guess it’s not a memory issue..

The problem may be coming with interacting with the theme as well, not only the plugins.
I would suggest you to test once more time with a default theme too.
Depending on your site contents and user plugins/theme the memory requirements may be higher.
Please do note that the minimum requirements for running WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual is 128 megabytes of memory.

    Closing this due to inactivity.
Please test our latest plugin and if you still have problem open a new ticket in our forum at wpml.org
