after upgrade, no longer able to access Admin

  • can no longer get into Admin – I get the following error message

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/1/0/56/44/56370/user/57495/htdocs/bfwpb/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 14
