    @007andy007, Did you try to disable all plugins or install it on clean theme

    @tkumpanenko i tryied at my site(i disabled all plugins, and start same with 4.8.. wp and new one 4.9.. in first one work in second not) maybe this is instagram api trouble? or not compability plugin and wp 4.9.4?

    Hey guys,

    There shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with WP 4.9.4. I just double checked to make sure. @ostapm, I just tested your Instagram ID on a test site running 4.9.4 and the latest version of our plugin and it was displaying successfully (screenshot). Could either of you provide a link to a page on your site where you’re currently using our plugin so we can take a closer look?

    Thanks @ostapm. You don’t currently have our plugin installed on your site. It looks like you’re using something called “Zoom Instagram Widget” (screenshot). Is that perhaps part of your theme or another plugin? The feed from our plugin can only be displayed by using the [instagram-feed] shortcode.

    @smashballoon i think tokens is correct, because it show some texts, but images not:( i tryied alot diffrent solutions but haven’t same, it happens once i launch site to live and upgrade wp version

    I’m seeing the images as expected on both sites (screenshot). Do you have any extensions or add-ons in your web browser which might be blocking the images? Could you try viewing the site in a different browser?

    i’ve tried at diffrent laptops but ios mobile and linux works, something strange is going on, ,sorry for this stuck, but maybe you have the solutions?or seen this before?

    Hi @ostapm,

    To confirm, is the issue only occurring on that specific Windows machine? I am on a Windows machine and aren’t able to replicate the issue. Is it possible you have any software on that machine which is causing the issue?
