After Upgrading I cant Login?

I just upgraded to WP 2.5.1 (I was only a minor revision behind or two) and I am unable to login to the admin area and get the messages below in the logs and only a blank white page?

It did work before so I dont think its a problem with using fcgid?

Any ideas? (The actual domain name is changed)
