After upgrading jetpack subscription form doesn't function

    Hi, I just upgraded WordPress to 4.2 and upgraded Jetpack. I’m using the subscription plugin version 3.5. On https://www.lenagh.nl
    Since the upgrade, people can no longer subscribe to my blog. They fill in their email address, click on the subscribe button and nothing happens. I tried it out myself, using a tablet without being logged into the site and can verify this.
    I’ve removed the widget and put it back again but that didn’t help.
