After upgrading to pro the rss feed campaigns are still deactivated

    After upgrading to the pro version the rss feed campaigns which had and still have more than 500 posts are still deactivated. How can I activate them? Resetting or adding a new campaign with the same feed url didn’t work.

    Just wanted to say a quick thank you for being our valued customer. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.

    First of all, you need to check if your feed has new links. If the feed doesn’t have new links it will not be updated accordingly.

    Secondly, if the campaign has the existing posts with the same name and URL within it, it will skip the duplicates.

    Also, please check if the Cron is running properly on your website.
